It is a big outdoor chair seat frame, size in 580mmx480x150mm, weight in 3.6kgs.

Custom aluminum die casting seat frames are specialized seat structures manufactured using the die casting process, where molten aluminum is injected into a steel mold  under high pressure to create a precise, high-strength component. Material and process

This seat frame is made from ADC12, which is a good aluminum material to die casting, and very common in furniture 

industry. The process is die casting, cavity 1-1, regarding its big size, it needs 800ton die casting machine to inject .

The pictures are rough casted products and measured the dimensions of  the seat frame.

After die casted, worker deburrs carefully and remove extra material.

Quality checking is necessary to do, special to check the slot size, because it will effect assembling.

Then they are sent for shot blasting to get a smooth surface finish.

Packing 

Each crate is custom-built to fit the frames, keeping them from knocking around.  Once the crates are sealed, we stack them in the container and brace them with straps so they don't shift during transport.

They are wrapped the rattan tight around the frame to build the seat and backrest when the customer received the seat frame, then welded the metal parts with a welder to join pieces. After that, they spend hours sanding and polishing the welds. 

Finally, a beautiful chair is finished.
