It refers to a custom-designed cup holder made from stainless steel 304 wire, formed into a specific shape to securely hold cups, bottles, or other drink containers. This budget-friendly type is commonly used on temporary construction sites for workers.

Material and Process

1. The material is stainless steel 304 wire size in outer size 6mm, bent in the special tooling to its shape, exactly as drawing.

2. The rear plate is also 304 stainless steel, and punched by die in its size as drawing.

Then welding the rear plate and wire in center location.

3. To make the surface nice looking, final glass beads the whole holder.

The rear plate has two holes, it allows the screw into the wall, fastened tightly.

The cup can insert into big round ring, and the towel can put in the left and right hook.

The backplate has two holes so you can screw it securely to the wall. The big ring holds cups, and the left and right hooks are for hanging towels.

4. Packing

Each cup holder gets wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap to keep the stainless steel from scratching during shipping.

We place 10 cup holders in a sturdy box. The boxes are labeled with specifiction.

Inside the box, we use foam inserts to fill empty space so the holders don't shift around. We put the boxes on pallets and secure them with stretch wrap to prevent tipping.
