Product Introduction

This is an economical set of coffee table legs, excluding the top plate. The complete metal assembly includes:

• 4 table legs

• 2 support bars

• 4 steel brackets

• 4 connectors

• 4 foot screws

Material and Process

1. Steel Bracket

• Material: Carbon steel

• Process:

• Punching

• Drilling counterbores

• Welding M8 threaded studs

• Grinding welds flush for a smooth surface

• Nickel plating for enhanced wear resistance and aesthetics

The four brackets are screwed into the wooden table top for secure attachment.

2. Steel Table Legs

• Material: Mild steel rod

• Process:

• Drilling M8 internal thread to a depth of 25mm

• Blackening treatment

• Black powder coating for corrosion resistance

The legs thread directly onto the studs of the brackets for installation.

3. Aluminum Connector Support

• Material: Aluminum alloy

• Process:

• TIG welding an aluminum flat bar and a bushing (producing distinct, robust weld beads)

• Sandblasting

• Black powder coating for surface protection and finish

This support rod connects two legs to ensure table stability.

4. Connector and Foot Screw

• Material: Steel

• Process:

• CNC turning for precision machining

• Nickel plating for corrosion resistance

A tightening screw securely fastens the table legs and connector supports.

Final Assembly

All parts are assembled to form the complete coffee table structure.
