OEM Economic Aluminum Welded Coffee Table Legs Assembly

Product Introduction

This is a kind of economic coffee table legs without top plate. 

All the metal parts include: 4 table legs, 2 support bars, 4 steel bracket, 4 connector and foot screw.

1. Steel bracket

These brackets are fabricated from carbon steel through the following processes: first, punching is performed, followed by drilling counterbores. Then, M8 threaded studs are welded in place, and finally, the welds are ground flat to ensure a smooth surface. Moreover, they also need to be Nickel plated, enhancing wear resistance and aesthetic appeal.

The four bracket will be fit into table wooden plate by screw.

2. Steel Table legs

These legs are made from mild steel rods, with an M8 internal thread drilled to a depth of 25mm. They undergo a blackening treatment followed by black powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. The table legs are designed to thread into bracket studs for secure installation.    

3. Aluminum connector support

The support rod is crafted from aluminum alloy, formed by TIG welding an aluminum flat bar and a bushing. The welding features distinct, robust bead profiles. Post-welding, the part undergoes sandblasting followed by black powder coating for surface protection and aesthetic finish. Finally, the support will be used to connect 2 legs to ensure the stability of the table.

4. Connector and foot screw

These components are worked from steel, with the foot and adapter precision-machined via CNC turning. They are then nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. The table legs and connector supports are fastened with a secure tightening screw.

Finally assembly the parts and ccome into a coffee table.
