We use certified aluminum alloy A356 with T6 heat treatment for optimal strength and castability.
The aluminum casting part are cast using steel molds in a gravity process. Each batch is cross-sectioned to verify zero porosity or sand holes.

The castings are fixed on CNC turning machine, machining the thread and outer surface exactly as drawing.

After that, deep center holes to be worked in special deep hole tooling machines, and vertical holes location needs to be worked in 4 -axis milling machine, special the small holes. The specialized equipment allows for precise drilling of holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio ≥5:1, minimizing deflection and maintaining straightness.

For critical internal bores, traditional measurement fails. Our solution:
Sectioning: Finished parts are precisely cut in half.
Optical Measurement: Both halves are measured on an Image Measuring Instrument (IMI) to verify diameter, tolerance, and surface roughness.
Purpose: This method solves the measurement challenge for deep bores, ensuring every shipped part meets print specifications.

Reverify critical dimensions, ensuring no bump or surface defects. Clean parts with alcohol wipes to remove oil, dust, or metal debris. Each one is wrapped with bubble bag to protect and put into wooden box with shipping mark.
