There Is An Order Of The Steel Part Is Ready To Ship

This is a batch of investment casting parts order of our Italy customer,  there are 3 kinds of parts. 

They are all made from steel material by investment casting, also known as lost wax casting—a precision manufacturing process celebrated for its ability to produce complex, high integrity steel components with exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This method is particularly valued for making parts with intricate geometries, such as thin-walled sections, fine details, or internal cavities that would be challenging or costly to achieve through other casting or machining techniques. 

By using steel, the components gain superior strength, wear resistance, and thermal stability, making them suitable for demanding applications in industries like aerospace, automotive, and industrial machinery. The investment casting process ensures that even the most elaborate design features are faithfully replicated, with minimal need for post-casting machining, thus streamlining production while upholding strict quality standards.

Here is the process of lost wax casting parts:

The process begins with the production of a wax pattern that exactly duplicates the final steel part. Wax is injected into a metal die, which is machined to the precise dimensions of the desired component. For complex parts, multiple wax patterns may be injected separately and then assembled to form a single unit, ensuring all intricate details, such as threads, grooves, or undercuts are accurately represented. Once cooled and removed from the die, the wax patterns are attached to a central wax trunk. 

Molten steel is carefully poured into the preheated ceramic mold through the sprue. The mold's high temperature ensures the metal flows smoothly into all cavities, filling even the smallest details. The molten steel is left to cool and solidify, taking the shape of the mold's interior. Once the steel has fully solidified, the shell is broken away via mechanical vibration to reveal the cast parts, still attached to the sprue. The parts are then cut from the sprue using abrasive wheels or plasma cutting.

Before shipment, we inspect the parts' dimension and surface, the packing. Qualified parts are put into box orderly and put in the wooden case with box.

Then the goods are loaded in the turck.
