When customers send us drawings, we analyze them to determine that aluminum extruded profiles are the optimal choice for these parts. The manufacturing process begins with extrusion, followed by CNC machining to form the holes. Finally, the parts undergo sandblasting to achieve a uniform surface color. As shown in the pictures, the samples come in various lengths to suit different application scenarios.

Designed for the furniture industry, these parts have strict surface requirements. To prevent scratches, they are individually separated by protective films to avoid collision and abrasion during handling.

Our CNC machining expertise enables us to achieve dimensional accuracy down to ±0.005mm, equivalent to 1/20th the diameter of a human hair.  For projects demanding ISO 2768 compliance, our certified processes ensure every dimension meets the most rigorous standards. 

For products that cannot tolerate surface damage, we exercise extreme caution throughout mass production, particularly in the packaging. Each item is individually wrapped in bubble film for cushioning, then placed in wooden crates to prevent any impact or collision. This dual-layer protection ensures that even during transportation and handling, the surface is free from scratches, dents, or other imperfections. Our packaging protocol is strictly standardized to minimize human error, with each step inspected to guarantee compliance with quality control standards.
