Customize Aluminum Welded Flexarm Component

Product Introduction

This is a pet care product that's a hit as a bike attachment, a little seat for your puppy! It's lightweight, looks pretty, and folds up/down in a snap, so you can easily take your pup along for bike rides.

We worked on the design with our customer to make sure it's practical. It's super easy to install on most bikes, and the foldable design means you can put it in a bag when you're not using it.

Material and process:

It is put together with a top plate, square aluminum tube, wheels, and hardware.

The top plate has two parts: a long one and a short one. To fit different pet seats, both made from 6063-T5 aluminum that's extruded, then punched the holes and chamfered edges.

The square tube is the same 6063-T5 aluminum, extruded first and then drilled where needed.

The wheels are die casted from ADC12 metal and go through a vibration process to smooth them out.

After that, we weld the tube and wheels together, polish the surface, and add an electrophoretic coat for protection.

Inspection：

Before packing, all items will be inspection by our people for some important key size for assemble, as well as surface finish, any defects, or scratch items can not be put in, they need to be repair or scrape. Any un-qualified products can not be send to customers.

Packing:

Packed in boxes, just as pictures, with label and bar code which made in China.

We pack these products in sturdy cardboard boxes just like the pictures show. Each box gets a clear label with the barcode that scans easily for inventory. The package includes an instruction manual that tell you how to assemble the flexarm. It shows how to use an Allen key and wrench to attach the bolts and nuts step-by-step.

We use a paperboard insert inside to keep the parts from bouncing around during shipping, the top plate and tube get their own slots so they don't scratch each other.

Then put the boxes into cartons, the boxes are stacked on pallets with corner protectors to prevent dents, and we wrap the whole stack in stretch film to keep everything secure. 12 boxes of flexarm will be packed in one carton and then 24 cartons in one pallet. All these items are export to Canada.
