Customized Eyeball Shotlight Housing Production Guide

Introduction

There are several types of eyeball shotlight, we work housing for customer, and they assemble by themselves.

All parts of the shotlight are made by CNC machining and assembled by thread. What we make for our customers are lamp housing. The customers themselves will assemble the lamp beads and electronic circuits, etc

1. Material Selection

• Primary Material: Aluminum Alloy

• Properties: Low weight, resistant to corrosion, ease of forming

• Preparation: Round blank cut to required diameter before machining

2. Machining Process

1. Setup:

• Blank clamped onto a rotating mandrel on a CNC lathe

2. Forming:

• Cutting out the shape by rotating on the lathe

3. Methods:

• CNC Machining: Automated; ensures high precision and mass production

3. Design Features

• Each accessory is connected and assembled by a thread. The rotating part is processed into a spherical shape, thus forming the function of arbitrarily adjusting the angle.

Spot light housing fabrication:

         Forming:

• CNC machining on the machine.

• Thread togther with other parts.

Final Assembly:

6. Surface Treatment

• Sandblasting, anodized: It is worth noting that this anodized must reach an anti-UV level; otherwise, it will fade after a period of using.

• Color Options: Black, gray (custom colors supported)

• Customization: Available upon request
