Introduction

1. Material Selection

• Primary Material: Aluminum alloy 

• Properties: Low density, light weight, ease of forming

• Preparation: Making the mold accroding to the drawings.

2. Casting Process

   Heated the aluminum material to casting.

   
   

2. Forming:

   The heated aluminum material was pressed into the mold to form.

3. Methods:

• Die casting: The mold can be used for 100,000 times.

• Shape: Round, square, rectangle

• Color: Powder coated, red, blue, yellow

Forming:
