The rim is made by stainless steel seam tube .
the outer tube is OD 20mm , formed into round and then welded . polished , so that the welding seam is not visible.
The rim arm is worked by OD14 tube , it was punched in one end to flat , then punch the hole,
Bend the tube to correct size , and cut a radius R10 in another end .
Then welding the arms into outer round tube.
Finally the whole item is sent to Electrolytic polishing to get a nice looking surface.
