According customer's drawing and small quantity , we agree to work in sand casting process.

1、3D drawing of intake manifold confirmed.	2、plastic prototype of intake manifold worked by milling process , material in ABS.

3、 mold start after prototype released , the mold is aluminum for core, 1-1 cavity.

4、first article of sample of intake manifold come out.	5、 to be careful , send the sample to customer to assemble for final approval

6、 mass-production start after sample released .

7、 clean the casting , grinding and shot blasted , then come the nice surface .

T6 heat treatment is necessary for this item and impregnation is also needed to make sure the casting can support its pressure.

8、 CNC milling the casting and get the final manifold .

9、powder coated the surface if custom request .
