Material: AISI1020 steel.
Process: stamping and deep drawn.
Steel bushing.
Material: mild steel.
Process: CNC machining, center hole to +0.03 tolerance, it is tight to plug into bearing.
Inner fixture,
Material: the same with housing.
Process: stamping or punching.
Welded together with housing.
Nut:
Three M8 steel nut welded together with housing.
All these are assembled by injection of Natural rubber.
Then paint the component to black.
