An order of aluminum rack was ready for shippment. The product was formed by Aluminum Extrusion using aluminum alloy and have 3 different length specification, 410mm, 820mm and 1230mm.
This rack is used on furniture and is a component of the cabinet. Therefore, it has very high requirements for the surface and must not be scratched or damaged.
From the pictures you can see it has uniform color because the product have been shot blasted. These product need to be power painted when customer receives. Therefore, the surface must be flat not have any scratches, protrusions or other damages.
Before packaging, our staff conducted a thorough inspection on each piece, from dimension to surface. First, caliper was used to check whether the dimensions of the profiles are within the acceptable range and whether the hole positions are accurate. Sencond, we inspected all 4 sides of the profile and 2 end surface, and can't miss out on any detail. The standards for the inspection are very strict and even the slightest scar was not allowed. Qualified products were packaged while unqualified ones were reworked.The following picture shows the inspection scene.
All the profiles have been inspected, packing will begin. We used foam protective films to separate each product in a staggered manner, ensuring each profile was protected well. Check out the packing method from the pictures.
Wooden case is a good choice for the rack packing because wooden case have excellent impact resistance performance. The wooden case is 850*600*1400mm and can bear 800kgs.
After rack packaging, we put the screws and sealed the box.

Each product was inspected and packed carefully, ensure that the products are in good condition when delivered to the customers.
